The retreat officially starts early in the morning on Wednesday 27th May 2026 and ends after dinner on Monday 1st June. The retreat includes accommodation on the 26th of May and 1st of June.

About the Location

The Retreat is located at Prana Dewi Mountain Resort. It is in central Bali at the foothills of the Mountains. The beauty of this place is that it is remote and allows us to switch of. It is spring fed making it a lush environment, deep in nature and steeped in tradition. See more HERE


About the Teachers

Kate Roseth is a Level 2 certified Iyengar yoga teacher who has been practising yoga since 2012. She is also certified in The Roll Model® method. Kate’s teaching focuses on supporting people to build a stronger relationship with their bodies and breath, improve mobility, and enhance both mental and physical health. With a grounded, accessible approach, she encourages awareness, curiosity, and a return to the present moment—on and off the mat.

Belinda Hoult has been practising yoga since 2010 and is a Level 1 certified Iyengar yoga teacher, with additional certification in Yin yoga. Known for her dry sense of humour, Belinda gets you cracking smiles even in the trickiest of poses. Her matter-of-fact, down-to-earth approach makes yoga truly accessible, encouraging students to move thoughtfully and with awareness.

    – Remaining balance refunded

    – 50% of total retreat cost forfeited
